We work with buyers, sellers, and investors across residential homes, investment properties, off-market opportunities, and new construction. Our approach is intentionally straightforward, focusing on clear pricing guidance, tailored strategy, and an efficient process without unnecessary complexity.
For sellers, we provide free, detailed home valuation reports that explain what a home could realistically sell for and why before any decisions are made. For buyers, we build custom, hand-curated property searches, often including homes not found on typical online search platforms.

I’m Mark, the broker and owner of GHEB Realty.
I got into real estate while studying at the Bauer Honors College at the University of Houston, where I earned degrees in Finance with an investment focus and Entrepreneurship Marketing. That background shapes how I approach real estate because a home or property is often one of the biggest financial decisions a person will make, and it deserves careful thought, not pressure.
I take a very hands-on, tailored approach with my clients. Every situation is different, and my role is to understand what matters most to you, walk through the numbers clearly, and help you make decisions with confidence rather than urgency.
My goal is to be a clear, trusted guide through a process that often feels overwhelming.
